1 to 3 hour presentations: Focus is informational tracing the history of labyrinth, its renaissance in present times, and an overview of the labyrinth's applications to 21st century life. Does not include a labyrinth walk. Workshops: Half-, Full-, Two-day: These cover the basics of the shorter presentations but add the experience of walking the labyrinth. In all workshops approaches to labyrinth walking are presented as well as multiple ways of processing the experience. Program is adapted for each group and setting. Two-day workshop is suitable for retreats. ~Find out about the 2007 Glastonbury pilgrimage~ Writing and Creativity Workshops Walking in Spirit: Nurturing Ourselves, Healing the Earth Re-discovering what the Earth offers of replenishment to body and spirit leads to revitalized living with mutual benefits for people and the planet. This workshop is best when held out-of-doors but can be adapted to an indoor site. Through readings, journaling, ritual, and meditation, participants experience re-connection with their natural surroundings no matter how rural or urban the setting. Lighting Your Writer's Fire Designed for those "closet writers" who've long harbored the wish to search for their Muse. How to get started with a writing practice, how to take on the Inner Critic, and how to honor your Inner Writer are all addressed. It is a positive and liberating workshop.
